Position Summary:

Our Agent is the first face of our firm. It is important for the agent to ensure that each prospect and / or existing customer has a positive experience. Act as an extension of our brand and focused on our values, this task is achieved by treating each client in a courteous manner, greeting and answering each question in a friendly and efficient manner.

As a remote position, telecommunications resources and tools are critically important, high-speed internet connection is mandatory e-mail and Live Chat (Skype, etc.) also phone and text messaging. It could be provided by employer.

The position is subject to a three-month probationary period. Upon successful completion of the probationary period.

The ideal candidate has excellent communication and computer skills, strongly detail oriented, organized, and responsible with a genuine ability to detect and correct its own errors and accept positively any feedback in order to improve his performance over and over.

Agents are expected to adapt to changes, contribute to improving the overall experience, and follow through on resolving process’ issues with good judgment and a sense of urgency.

Main Accountabilities are:

  • Personally, attend the initial calls and doubts of our prospects and potential clients

  • Capture the attention of prospects and potential customers.

  • Present our brand and services.

  • Increase the rate of satisfied customers.

  • Schedule appointments for initial consultations.

  • Follow up on quality control in customer service.

  • Address any questions or complaints from customers or prospects.

  • Efficiently manage the link between clients and staff.

  • Accurately and efficiently inputting alpha and numeric data into various official forms with client’s data and adding and correcting entries as needed.

  • Preparing and completion of impeccable immigration forms applications.

  • Assist in the preparation of disclosures to be sent to Government.

  • Highly detail oriented; review, control and verification of the information provided with written documentation generated; forms, testimonials, translations, etc. is extremely demanded (VERY LOW ERROR TOLERANCE).

  • Generate reports

  • Identify and escalate priority issues and route it to appropriate resource.

  • Follow up cases where necessary.

  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Good level of fluency in French language communication skills (Only for Quebec Region Agents)

  • High level of fluency in English and Spanish language communication skills

  • Excellent service orientation and good treatment with the public in general.

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, Acrobat and Windows software.

  • Proactive, friendly with online and telephone work, high commitment and aspirations to professional growth.

  • Availability to work from Monday to Friday from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm (Venezuela time).

  • Ability to work efficiently with little or no supervision

  • Ability to negotiate in situations of high pressure

  • Experience reporting activities and results

  • Service oriented.

  • An “I can do” attitude.

  • Post-secondary education program (college or university) is not mandatory, however, previous studies in careers such as social communication, law, administration or marketing is an asset

  • Previous experience in legal field is an asset

  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task efficiently in a deadline-driven environment is essential.

  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

  • Fast learner, efficient, organized, enjoys details, independent.

  • Excellent communication skills-verbal and written.

  • Experience working under pressure and sometimes under high pressure.

  • Ability to accept and apply constructive feedback.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to utilize the computer and phone simultaneously with accuracy and efficiency.

  • Fast typing skills (35+ WPM).

  • Knowledge of other foreign language is an asset.

Physical Demands:
It is regularly required to sit, talk and hear frequently; use hands and fingers to type, write; reach with hands and arms for tasks such as keyboarding, opening filing cabinets, and some light lifting as necessary to function in an office environment.

Regular Schedule:
Monday – Friday 9:00 am – 5:30 pm

Open to work some extra time.

Compensation will be negotiated in the interview.
