Next, I proudly present our Bogotá 2021 meeting, in which we were able to reinforce training in all areas of our company; Customer Service, Operations, Legal Consulting, Translations and Marketing. As director of the firm, I can say that it was a wonderful professional meeting that opened a new path for us to optimize the performance at the highest level of our human team. There were also recognitions and a very positive atmosphere of fellowship.
