Permanent residency through the family reunification program (family class).
To qualify under this program, the applicant must be an immediate family member of a Canadian citizen or Permanent Resident of Canada:

- • Husband or wife, spouse or common-law partner
- • Child (includes adopted children and/or stepchildren)
