Position Summary:
We are looking for a technician or professional in management, administration, accounting, or economics to be responsible for assisting in matters related to billing, general accounting, collections, financing, contracts, payroll and supplier payments, accounting books, etc.
About the Candidate:
The ideal candidate should be a professional in Administration, Accounting or Economics who has skills such as leadership, attention to detail, creativity, proactivity, teamwork, communication, empathy, adaptability, organization, analytical, decision-making and objectivity in their criteria.
Minimum 2 years of experience as a professional in Management Assistant. If you have experience with remote teamwork, it is a PLUS!
Responsibilities:
- Plan, design and manage the accounting process, in compliance with current regulations.
- Presentation of reports and/or financial statements.
- Budget management. (Preparation and monitoring).
- Cash flow management. (Management, forecasts, foreign exchange risk).
- Credit and collection management.
- Proposal and implementation of improvement policies in management processes.
- Collaboration with other areas in the proposal and implementation of new business structure optimization methodologies.
- Attend trainings scheduled by the Company.
Requirements:
- Professional or technical degree in Management, Administration, Organization & Finance, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as Management Assistant.
- Bilingual in English/Spanish. (It’s a BIG plus!).
- Management and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power BI)
- Excellent communication and leadership skills in the work team.
- Knowledge and/or experience with QuickBooks (Desirable).
- Teamwork.
- Experience reporting results to a steering committee.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Multitasking.
- Skilled in virtual communications; Skype, MS Teams, WhatsApp, etc.
- Willingness to receive feedback and continuous professional improvement.
- Stable and high-speed internet connection.
- Computer equipment.
