Immigration Consultants, RCIC, Licensed by the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants, CICC, in Canada
We are looking for bilingual (English/Spanish) Immigration Consultants.
It is essential to have the ability to follow instructions, we ask you to read the ENTIRE ADVERTISEMENT.
You will be required to provide immigration consultations to our clients guiding them through the different immigration, humanitarian, and Canadian citizenship processes.
Main Responsibilities:
- Represent immigration cases to Canada, including initial consultation, evaluation, preparation, presentation, and follow-up until the end of it.
- Always stay up to date with recent changes in immigration, refugee, and Canadian citizenship laws.
- Manage, coordinate, and supervise tasks related to the cases that are represented, to guarantee the highest standard of service to our clients.
- Attend client meetings, conference calls and video conferences.
- Always provide the best advice, in a responsible and timely manner, always focused on the success of our clients.
Requirements:
- Advanced level of English and Spanish. (Limiting).
- Being an Immigration Consultant licensed by the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants in Canada, CICC. (Limiting-Mandatory).
- Being an RCIC-IRB licensed professional. (Preferably but not compulsory).
- Being registered in the Registre québécois des consultants en immigration. (Preferably but not compulsory).
- Being able to identify priorities, highly organized and good management of the agenda.
- Capable of solving problems independently with or without supervision.
- Excellent communication and professionalism between co-workers and clients.
- Empathetic and supportive with our clients and their situations.
- Skilled with computers and the use of software and document management programs. (Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, Acrobat, etc.).
- Skilled with virtual communications; Skype, Teams, WhatsApp, etc.
- Willingness to learn new programs and professional skills.
- Willingness to travel occasionally (for training or work meetings).
- Being open to receive feedback and continuous professional improvement.
- Stable and high-speed internet connection.
- Computer equipment.
Experience:
All experience in the processes of: Student Visas, Work Permits, Permanent Residency Applications, PNP, LMIA, Caregiver, Family Sponsorship, PR-H&C, Citizenship, Refugee, Appeals, PRRA, etc., will be valued, but it will not necessarily be compulsory.
