Caregiver/Nanny Program

This program is aimed at personal care workers for children, the elderly and/or people with any physical, medical or mental disabilities.

The program allows the worker to obtain their Permanent Residence after working full-time for 2 years.

The process has the following stages:

1. Hire the person who will provide Caregiver services.
2. Process an LMIA in order to bring the person to work in Canada as a Temporary Worker.
3. Process Visa and Work Permit.
4. After 2 years of work as a full-time Caregiver, the worker can apply for Permanent Residence.
