Rafael Pieters studied a bachelor’s degree in computer science at the Central University of Venezuela. He has an extensive career of more than 25 uninterrupted years in the technology area, implementing solutions. His versatility has allowed him to participate in various projects in the area of banking, insurance, medicine and services.
